하늘에 계신 아버지,

오늘 우리는 감사하는 마음으로 전 혜진 장로님의 삶을 기리기 위해 모였습니다. 그분의 사랑과 믿음, 그리고 가족과 이웃을 향한 신실한 섬김에 감사드립니다.

슬픔에 잠긴 우리에게, 죽음을 이기시고 영원한 생명의 길을 여신 예수 그리스도를 통한 부활의 소망을 일깨워 주옵소서.

주님의 평강으로 이 가정을 위로하시고 주님의 임재하심으로 새 힘을 주시며, 빈 무덤이 주는 소망으로 우리의 마음을 채워 주옵소서.

예수님의 이름으로 기도드립니다.  아멘.

Heavenly Father,

We gather today with grateful hearts to remember the life of Elder Hejin. Thank You for her love, her faith, and her faithful service to her family and neighbors.

As we mourn, remind us of the hope of the Resurrection through Jesus Christ, who conquered death and opened the way to eternal life.

Comfort this family with Your peace, strengthen them with Your presence, and fill our hearts with the hope of the Empty Tomb.

In Jesus' name we pray.

She Is Not Here; Her Love Remains Among You

그녀는 떠났지만, 그녀의 사랑은 여러분 곁에 남아 있습니다

사랑하는 가족과 친지 여러분,

오늘 우리는 많은 이들에게 축복이 되었던 한 분의 삶을 기억하고 기리기 위해 이 자리에 모였습니다. 우리가 사랑했던 분이 더 이상 우리 곁에 육신으로 계시지 않기에 슬픈 마음으로 모였지만, 동시에 그녀의 삶과 믿음, 그리고 사랑이라는 선물을 받았기에, 감사하는 마음으로 모였습니다.

Dear Family and Friends,

Today we gather to remember and honor a life that blessed many people. We come with sadness because ONE we love is no longer physically present among us. Yet we also come with gratitude because we have been given the gift of her life, her faith, and her love.

소중한 이를 떠나보낼 때, 우리의 시선은 자연스럽게 그 빈자리를 향하게 됩니다. 비어 있는 의자, 더 이상 들을 수 없는 나지막한 목소리, 그리고 예전처럼 채울 수 없는 그 빈자리가 눈에 들어옵니다. 슬픔은 우리에게 소중한 무언가를 잃었음을 일깨워 줍니다.

그러나 복음은 우리에게 그 너머를 바라보라고 권합니다.

When we lose someone dear to us, our eyes are naturally drawn to what is absent. We notice the empty chair, the quiet voice, and the place at the table that can no longer be filled in the same way. Grief reminds us that something precious has been lost.

Yet the Gospel invites us to see something more.

부활의 메시지는 단순히 죽음이 일어났다는 사실을 알리는 데 그치지 않습니다. 그것은 하나님의 생명이 우리의 눈에 보이는 것 너머로 계속된다는 것을 의미합니다. 이야기는 무덤이 시작되는 곳에서 끝나지 않습니다.

이 진리는 신실한 삶이 남긴 유산을 이해하는 데 도움을 줍니다.

The message of the Resurrection is not merely that death has occurred. It is that God's life continues beyond what our eyes can see. The story does not end where the grave begins.

This truth helps us understand the legacy of a faithful life.

사랑이 넘치는 어머니는 추억 이상의 것을 남깁니다.

믿음 깊은 할머니는 사진 이상의 것을 남깁니다.

자비로운 봉사자는 이야기 이상의 것을 남깁니다.

그들은 씨앗을 남깁니다.

사랑의 씨앗.

A loving mother leaves more than memories.

A faithful grandmother leaves more than photographs.

A compassionate servant leaves more than stories.

They leave seeds.

Seeds of kindness.

Seeds of faith.

Seeds of mercy.

Seeds of love.

And those seeds continue to grow long after they are planted.

전 헤진(Hejin) 장로님께서는 오랜 세월 가족을 사랑하고 이웃을 섬기며 사셨습니다. 해마다, 그리고 매주, 그녀는 말뿐만 아니라, 행동으로 자신의 믿음을 나누셨습니다. 그녀는 자신의 시간과 기도, 자비와 보살핌을 아낌없이 내어주셨습니다. 그녀는 하나님의 나라가 평생에 걸쳐 신실하게 반복되는 단순한 사랑의 실천을 통해 세워진다는 것을 알고 계셨습니다.

Elder Hejin spent many years loving her family and serving her neighbors. Week after week, year after year, she shared her faith not only through words but through actions. She gave her time, her prayers, her compassion, and her care. She understood that the Kingdom of God is often built through simple acts of love faithfully repeated throughout a lifetime. 

그녀의 행동들은 사라지지 않았습니다.

그것들은 남아 있습니다.

딸들의 마음속에 남아 있습니다.

손주들의 기억 속에 남아 있습니다.

Those acts were not lost.

They remain.

They remain in the hearts of her daughters.

They remain in the memories of her grandchildren.

They remain in the lives of neighbors she encouraged and cared for.

They remain in every person whose life became brighter because of her presence.

To her family, I want to offer this encouragement:

The greatest inheritance she leaves behind is not material wealth. The greatest inheritance she leaves behind is the love she planted within you.

그녀에게서 얻은 모든 믿음의 교훈.

그녀의 삶에서 목격한 모든 자비의 모습.

이것들은 돈으로 살 수도 없고, 그 누구도 빼앗아 갈 수 없는 보물입니다.

Every act of kindness you learned from her.

Every lesson of faith you received from her.

Every expression of compassion you witnessed in her life.

These are treasures that cannot be purchased and cannot be taken away.

The world measures success by what people accumulate.

God often measures a life by what it gives away.

And your mother and grandmother gave away much love.

Therefore, let her story continue through you.

Let her faith continue through you.

Let her compassion continue through you.

Let her love for neighbors continue through you.

Whenever you choose mercy over indifference, her witness continues.

Whenever you strengthen your family with love, her witness continues.

Whenever you care for someone in need, her witness continues.

Whenever you walk with Christ, her witness continues. 

오늘 우리는 그녀를 사랑하고 섬기셨던 하나님의 손에 맡깁니다.

하지만 우리는 그녀의 유산을 묻지 않습니다.

우리는 그녀의 친절을 묻지 않습니다.

우리는 그녀가 뿌린 씨앗을 묻지 않습니다.

추수할 것은 아직 남아 있습니다.

그녀의 목소리는 조용할지 모르지만,

그녀의 메시지는 계속됩니다.

그녀의 손은 쉬고 있을지 모르지만,

그녀의 사랑은 계속됩니다.

Today we entrust her into the hands of the God she loved and served.

But we do not bury her legacy.

We do not bury her kindness.

We do not bury the seeds she planted.

For the harvest remains.

Her voice may be quiet.

But her message continues.

Her hands may rest.

But her love continues.

She is not here.

Yet her faith remains among you.

Her kindness remains among you.

Her love remains among you.

And through that love, her story continues among the living.

은혜로우신 하나님,

헤진 장로님의 삶과 그분이 남기신 신앙의 증거에 감사드립니다. 그분께서 수많은 이들의 삶 속에 심어주신 믿음과 사랑, 그리고 긍휼의 씨앗에 감사드립니다.

우리가 이 자리를 떠날 때, 그분의 유산을 이어가며 부활하신 그리스도의 소망 안에서 살아가게 하소서.

주님의 평화가 이 가정에 함께하기를 바라며, 주님의 영원한 나라에서 다시 만날 때까지 부활의 능력이 우리를 인도하게 하소서.

Gracious God,

Thank You for the life and witness of Elder Hejin. Thank You for the seeds of faith, love, and compassion she planted in so many lives.

As we leave this place, help us carry forward her legacy and live in the hope of the risen Christ.

May Your peace remain with this family, and may the power of the Resurrection guide us until we meet again in Your eternal Kingdom.

Through Jesus Christ our Lord.
